Columbus United Friendlies
We will be hosting friendlies August 15-16th and we have room to add in outside clubs and opposition.
The event will be held at the all turf facility in Lewis Center, Jennings Sports Park.​
The aim of the event is to provide some great matches for the players and give coaches the opportunity to try new things out for their team and players without worrying about results. Teams will play shorter length games, all on the same day, against different opponents.

The format will be:5v5/7v7 teams will get to play 3 matches of 30 minutes each $100 per team. 9v9 and 11v11 teams will play 2 matches of 50 minutes each $100 per team.​

There will be a $10 parking fee for the weekend charged by the facility and concessions will be open.​

Summer Programs 2026

Technical Training
This program is designed for players who want to sharpen their individual skills and improve their confidence on the ball.
Sessions will focus on repetition, quality execution, and game-related technical actions.
Dates: June 8th to July 20th Every Mondays
Location: Jennings Sports Park
Players will focus on important technical skills, including:
Dribbling
Passing
Receiving
Shooting
Defensive Skills

Wednesday
8:00 to 9:00
Strikers Clinic
This program is designed for players who want to improve their technical finishing, decision-making, development of both feet, confidence in front of the goal, and overall attacking mentality.
​
Dates: June 9th to July 21th Every Tuesdays
Location: Jennings Sports Park
​
Players will work on finishing with both feet, mid-range shots, finesse shots, 1v1 attacking situations, volleys and *headers, all applied in game-realistic scenarios.
​
Spots are limited, so we encourage families to register as soon as possible to secure a place.

SAQ Training
SAQ stands for Speed, Agility, and Quickness, this program goes beyond simple running drills and agility ladders. Players will train through a dynamic methodology that connects cognition, speed, and physicality.
Dates: June 8th to July 22nd The program will run twice week on Mondays and Wednesdays
Monday: Jennings Sports Park
Wednesday: Glen Oak Elementary
Players will work on:
Running coordination, Acceleration, Reaction time, Decision-making, Change of direction, Explosiveness and Power
To keep the environment fun and competitive, every session will include dynamic SAQ drills followed by mini games, allowing players to apply their speed, agility, and decision-making in competitive situations.
This is a great opportunity for players to improve their athletic foundation while staying motivated through competition and game-based challenges.
